The Project

Real-time computer vision system that detects product defects on factory assembly lines at 60fps, triggering instant alerts and logging every incident.

The Challenge

What stood in the way

A manufacturing client had a 3-5% defect escape rate — products with surface cracks and material defects were passing manual QA inspection undetected, leading to costly recalls.

Our Solution

How we built it

Deployed a camera-integrated CV pipeline using TensorFlow and OpenCV, trained on the client's defect image library. The system classifies defect types in real time, triggers audio/visual alerts on the line, and feeds every incident into a management dashboard with shift reports.
